Our JUMP.bootcamp instructor Sandra loves to motivate! She will coach you through a 6-week program to reach your fitness goals all while having a lot of fun. Set in a challenging but encouraging environment you won’t want to miss a class. Run three times a week for 6 weeks. (every other following Bootcamp will be a 6 week programme) 85% of the workouts are carried out on the trampoline areas with a small mix of off-court training too.
